What happens if I inserted the wrong billing address?

If you are worried that the recipient will receive a receipt / invoice along with their order due to an error in your billing address - fret not as we do not include receipts / invoices along with the gift.

However, it is important to update us with the correct billing details (yours or company's) which includes your name or company name, address and phone number for us to contact you in case of any emergency.

To update your billing address, do drop us an email / chat with us and provide us with the necessary details and we will update them accordingly for you :)

Note: If you require an invoice for your purchase, you can request it via [email protected]. The invoice will only be sent via email upon request.
