Can I request to change delivery date after placing an order?

Yes, the delivery date of the order still can be changed if:

1. The order is delivered via on-demand delivery, and

2. The original delivery date is more than 2 days upon request

3. The order has not been prepared by the vendor


If you meet all requirements above and would like to change the delivery date, please contact us via [email protected] and we will assist from there.


If the original delivery date falls on the same day, we do not accept changes as the vendor may have already processed and prepared the item especially the highly perishable items such as flowers, cakes, balloons etc. We would suggest leaving the item at the guardhouse / reception / colleague / neighbour and the rider will notify the recipient upon arrival.


Alternatively, you can opt for delivery to different address, however, there may be additional charges if the address given falls under a different zone. For orders that are already out for delivery, additional charges will be incurred if reroute needed.


Courier delivery:

We are unable to decide on the delivery schedule of the orders that are shipped via courier, thus we are unable to change the delivery date. The item will be delivered within the estimated delivery dates and you can track the shipment via the tracking details given once the parcel is shipped out.
