What does "Fulfillment Status" mean?

"Fulfilment Status" is the latest update or status of your order. There are only two Fulfilment Status:

(i) Unfulfilled

(ii) Fulfilled


(1) Fulfilment Status: Unfulfilled


On-demand delivery:

The order has yet been delivered. The item will be delivered on the selected delivery date (promised timeframe: 10am - 5pm. If you notice the status is still shown "unfulfilled" on the selected date of delivery, it means that the vendor is in the midst of preparing the product or the item is on the route of delivery.


Once the item is delivered, you will be notified via email and the status will be updated to "fulfilled".


Islandwide courier delivery:

The order has yet to be shipped out. The item will be delivered within the promised timeframe and you can find the lead time in the product description.

For instance, if the item takes 4-6 working days to be delivered and the order is placed on the 1st of January 2022. We estimate that the recipient will receive the items within 7th of January 2022 to 9th of January 2022.


(2) Fulfilment Status: Fulfilled


On-demand delivery:

The item is well-delivered to your recipient and you will receive a notification email upon successful delivery.


Islandwide courier delivery:

The item has been shipped out by the vendor. You will be notified via email along with the tracking details which including the tracking number and tracking link. Click on the tracking link and insert the tracking number in the text box provided to check on the latest updates of the parcel. You can also obtain the tracking details in your order history.
