Where is my order? I placed the order for delivery for today but my recipient has not received it yet.

For On-demand Delivery, our standard delivery timeframe is between 10am - 5pm.
If your order status shows "unfulfilled" or "Your order is being processed" within the promised timeframe, it means that the vendor is still in the midst of preparing the item and will be delivered anytime before 5pm.
However, if you noticed that the item hasn't been delivered after 5pm, please reach us via [email protected] and our team will assist you from there.
